Before changing your device You should deactivate 2FA on your current device before switching to a new one and re-enable it on the new device afterward. | Steps to follow:

If you no longer have access to your old device If you didn’t deactivate 2FA in time and no longer have access to your authenticator app, please contact Continux Support. Upon request, we can manually reset 2FA for you. |
Note
The QR code can technically be scanned on multiple devices. Some apps also offer synchronisation features. However, for security reasons, we do not recommend using 2FA across multiple devices and cannot guarantee the safety of such setups.
