In Continux, you can create different types of files: patents, utility models, trademarks, designs, general files and conflicts. The file types patents, utility models, trademarks and designs are considered intellectual property rights categories. Conflicts can contain intellectual property information but are not rights themselves; they are used, for example, for oppositions or objections. General files are flexible and can be used for general procedures. |
