The system offers text search (1) that allows you to quickly and conveniently find all the contents of your files or attachments. You do not have to pay attention to upper and lower case input, all search results are listed regardless of the spelling.
Records are displayed as grouped search results. This means that there is only one result entry per record family. If you would like to have all family members displayed, deactivate the checkbox "Group families".
Additionally, there is an expert search. Activating the checkbox allows you to use different operators. Details are explained on the following page.
If the checkbox is not activated, the search function also searches for the operator (e.g. "Product" or "Tag") in files/documents.
