How and When Does the Status Change Automatically in Continux?

In Continux, certain status values change automatically once the relevant date fields have been completed and the respective date has been reached.

Basic principle:
A status changes automatically when the relevant date has been entered and the calendar date entered has been reached.

Examples:

• “Filed” status – changes when a filing date has been entered and that date has been reached.
• “Published” status – changes once a publication date has been entered and the date has been reached.
• “Granted” status – changes when the grant date has been entered and reached.
• “Grant published” status – changes when a grant publication date has been entered and reached.

Important:
The status does not change immediately when the date is entered, but only on the date entered. If the date lies in the future, the current status initially remains unchanged.

Note:
If a required date is missing, no automatic status change takes place.
