IR-Trademarks

When creating an IR-Trademark, you need to pay attention to the following:

• In Continux, there is a separate section for IR-Trademarks. You create an IR-Trademark by clicking on "New" and then selecting "International Trademark".
• When searching for IR-Trademarks using the ISO code, they are always searched with "WO" and not "IR". The ISO code "IR" stands for Iran and not IR-Trademarks. The official ISO code for IR-Trademarks is "WO."
• If you want to enter designated states, you can do so in Continux through a workflow that you use to add named states as extension countries and thereby add them as family members to the IR-Trademark. You can see the named countries of an IR-Trademark when you have created all the named countries as protection/extension countries using the "EXPAND FAMILY" workflow.
