When does the status change to “Filed” in Continux?

The status of an application in Continux changes automatically to “Filed” as soon as a filing date has been entered and that date has been reached.

Important: The status does not change immediately when the date is entered if the date lies in the future. The status changes only on the actual calendar date entered.

Example:
On 31 July 2025, the filing date 1 August 2025 is entered. The status does not change initially. On 1 August 2025, the status is automatically changed to “Filed”.
