| Companies are managed as contacts and used in files as, for example, proprietors, applicants or clients. The prerequisite is that the company has been created once in the contacts. |
| Practical tip to avoid creating duplicate contacts: use the filter bar to search for existing companies before creating a new entry. |
1. Open Contacts in the main menu and select the "Companies" tab. 2. Click the green "New Company" button. |

| 3. The Company input mask opens. 4. Enter the relevant data in the fields. 5. (optional) Link an existing person from Continux to the company. 6. Enter any notes in the notes field (optional). 7. Complete the process by clicking "Save". |
